Stephanie Peckham is a health and physical education teacher at Brien McMahon High School in Norwalk, Connecticut. She has served as the Head Field Hockey Coach, Head Indoor Track & Field Coach, and Assistant Softball Coach.
She is a former Division 1 college track and field athlete, specializing in the throwing events. She has completed multiple marathons as well as the Ironman triathlon. She continues to race in numerous running and triathlon events of all distances.
Peckham graduated from the University of Delaware with her B.S. in Health and Physical Education and received her M.A. in Education from NOVA Southeastern University. She is working towards her PhD in Performance Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
Peckham provides her athletes with a great overall knowledge of all competitive sports while motivating and encouraging athletes to succeed. With her work in performance psychology, she helps athletes develop the mental skills needed for success in their sport.
