Along with his work at Performance 20/20, David Seidel is also the Manager of the Strength Academy at Sono Ice House. He has worked extensively with elite hockey teams ranging from youth to college including the Connecticut Whale, Connecticut Rough Riders EHL, Junior Whalers and Junior Whale.
David has multiple years of coaching experience, including a Level 4 Coaching Certificate from USA Hockey. He started his coaching career developing youth hockey players under the leadership of Paul Healey in Miami, Florida. David then moved to Connecticut, where he went on to further his experience with the CT Rough Riders coaching staff. David grew up in Greenwich, CT playing youth hockey with the NJ Youth Devils, Mid-Fairfield and Kent School. The latter team won the school’s first Founders League Championship (USHS-Prep). He continued his hockey career at Suffolk University as a Division III NCAA athlete.
David graduated from Suffolk University with a B.S. in Sports and Fitness Exercise Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning.
